Duopudun supplies professional energy storage products, including lithium battery systems, inverters, integrated storage systems, and customized project solutions. Because many products are high-value, technically configured, or subject to special transport rules, all returns require prior written authorization.
1. Return Authorization Required
Do not return any product without written authorization from Duopudun. A return request should include the order or invoice number, product model, serial number, issue description, photos or videos, and relevant installation or test information.
2. Eligible Returns
- The wrong product was supplied.
- The product arrived materially damaged and the claim was reported promptly.
- A verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- A return is otherwise approved in writing by Duopudun.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, configured, branded, modified, or made-to-order products.
- Products installed, dismantled, altered, repaired by unauthorized parties, or used outside specifications.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, storage, misuse, accident, environment, or external electrical conditions.
- Products returned without authorization.
- Products missing accessories, labels, packaging, serial identification, or required documentation.
4. Lithium Battery Returns
Customers must not independently return lithium battery products. Battery returns may require approved packaging, dangerous-goods documentation, designated carriers, and written shipping instructions.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Approved returns are inspected after receipt. Any approved refund, credit, repair, replacement, or other remedy will depend on the inspection result and applicable commercial agreement.
6. Shipping and Related Costs
Where a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error by Duopudun is confirmed, reasonable corrective arrangements will be determined by Duopudun. For non-defective approved returns, the customer may be responsible for freight, dangerous-goods charges, duties, taxes, customs, insurance, and handling costs.
7. Warranty Claims
Warranty service is separate from general returns. A warranty claim may result in repair, replacement, spare parts, remote technical support, or another remedy under the applicable Warranty Policy or written contract.
8. B2B and Project Orders
For B2B, distributor, OEM/ODM, tender, and project orders, the signed contract, accepted quotation, purchase agreement, or project-specific return terms prevail where they differ from this Policy.
