Duopudun public policy

Shipping Policy

General shipping arrangements for energy storage systems, lithium battery products, and international project orders.

Official English version

Duopudun supplies energy storage systems and related products to customers in multiple international markets. Shipping arrangements depend on product type, battery classification, destination, order size, and agreed commercial terms.

1. Shipping Destinations

Available destinations depend on product characteristics, lithium-battery transport requirements, carrier availability, local import rules, sanctions or trade restrictions, and other regulatory conditions.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped by sea, air, road, rail, courier, or multimodal transport. Lithium battery products may be subject to dangerous-goods rules, carrier restrictions, packaging standards, documentation requirements, and route limitations.

3. Delivery Terms

Available commercial terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, or other agreed Incoterms. The applicable term will be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or order confirmation.

4. Processing and Lead Times

Production, preparation, and dispatch times vary depending on model, quantity, stock availability, customization, certification, testing, packaging, payment status, and destination. Estimated lead times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

5. Shipping Charges

Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, customs charges, destination fees, handling fees, and local delivery costs are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless DDP or another inclusive arrangement is expressly agreed, the customer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, inspections, and other local charges.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to customs inspection, port congestion, carrier disruption, weather, regulatory requirements, battery-shipping restrictions, force majeure, labor action, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect shipments promptly. Visible damage, shortages, or missing items should be recorded on the carrier documentation where possible and reported within 7 days of delivery with photos, videos, packaging evidence, serial numbers, and shipping documents.

9. Risk and Title

Risk of loss and transfer of title are determined by the agreed Incoterm and applicable commercial documents.

10. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate consignee, delivery, customs, and contact information. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
